About ACP

The Accessible Classroom Primer (ACP) was produced by the Accessible Classroom Project which represents a nationwide network devoted to collecting, researching, and disseminating materials and resources relevant to assistive technology (AT) and core accessibility components for 21st century schools.

The ACP CD was created and funded by the National Education Association (NEA) in partnership with the Johns Hopkins University Center for Technology in Education and the Mid-Atlantic Regional Technology in Education Consortium (MAR*TEC) at the Temple University Center for Research in Human Development and Education. Funding for this project was generously donated by Plato Learning, as well as ACP members.
