Welcome to
the Office of Instructional Technology's Digital
Portfolio Program
This Digital Portfolio program has been developed
to provide a means of capturing, over a period of time,
the work
of the elementary technology integration teachers in
the Baltimore County Public Schools.
In this private, virtual workspace, teachers
will be able to see their own professional growth as
they collect artifacts and write personal reflections.
They will also have the opportunity to receive non-evaluative
feedback from their peers.
In designing this standards-based portfolio
program, the job description of the technology integration
teachers and the Maryland Teacher Technology Standards
have been used as the basis for determining the categories
for collecting
artifacts and writing reflections.
Because information in the portfolio
is personal, access to the portfolio information is
restricted by password. If you would like more information
concerning the Digital Portfolio program, please contact tjones@bcps.org or bskillman@bcps.org
The Digital Portfolio project has been designed in
collaboration with the Johns
Hopkins University's Center
for Technology in Education.
