5 ~~ Five-Day Lesson Plan (3 hours 30 minutes)
Note: When you complete this assignment,
save your work to submit to the course facilitator.
Objective:
Develop a five-day lesson plan.
Activity: Select an appropriate book
for play-acting in the Readers Theater format and develop a five-day plan
by writing a a Readers Theater script using that book. You may also choose
to develop a five-day plan on another aspect of "Teaching the Reader,"
such as ongoing assessment, independent reading, interactive phonics and
word work, Read Alouds, or comprehension.
Submit: Five-day lesson plan. You
should title this document "Session 5 Required Activity". Submit
assignment to facilitator.
