This session examines closely the first two of the five steps to establish a school-wide positive behavior support system in your school. Take a few minutes to review all five steps while thinking about the unique features of your school. This module will pose a series of questions and activities for you to complete prior to identifying the staff who will be trained in PBIS.

Upon completion of this module, you will be able to:

1. Identify the critical elements of establishing a successful PBIS Team in your school.

2. Develop strategies for securing faculty commitment to implementing PBIS in your school.
