Introduction

  • Consolidate the analysis and priorities compiled in Part A and B of this session
  • Use the PBIS Action Planning Sheet and the Annual Action Plan form to assist in the action planning process
  • Set long term goals and activities in (a) management and (b) design and implementation

    Steps
    Step 1: Set long-term objectives and timelines for activities that require more time as well as resources and are more challenging to achieve.
    Step 2: Specify implementation activities that are discrete and achievable.
