Common Goals

Common goals answers the question what specific actions are required to fulfill the shared vision and the mutual purpose? There is one amazing commonality among all goals, that is, when a goal is achieved it disappears. It no longer is a goal. This is why mutual purpose and shared vision are so important. Mutual purpose and shared vision provide the fabric of reason, coherence and consistency for the achievement of goals. The goals are then connected to one another and to the larger purpose at hand.
