Question Three:

Can school officials observe approaching visitors before they reach school property?

What proactive steps can you take in supporting the development of a plan to address school access and the consequences of access violations?

Have schools in your district reported unwelcome visits from intruders? What was done by the school to discourage future visits?

Do you foresee future problems at any school because of poorly positioned school offices, inappropriately located exits or windows, or vulnerable outbuildings? Have school administrators been informed about the extent of their vulnerability?
