Organization Techniques:Example StoryboardPage 2 of 3
The example storyboard we use here includes a graphic depicting the basic dual methodology research process to be used. The text section explains the reasoning for this approach. In this example, a conceptual explanation for the use of particular dual process is presented. The graphic shows each step of the process and underscores how the overall goal will be achieved. Another approach might be to call out each step of the process and describe the anticipated results of that step. Explaining the process in fine detail demonstrates that the team has a strong grasp of how they intend to complete the work. In any case, choices must be made to determine what the storyboard will convey, and how the various storyboards in the process will compliment one another. In effect, it is the job of the proposal manager to assure that all the parts work together in a seamless message of competence of approach and process.
