As the school administrator,
you are responsible for setting the tone or climate of the school setting.
Within that setting you are responsible for the physical, mental and
emotional safety of the students, staff, volunteers and parents.

you have a philosophy for the development of
a healthy school climate?
- Are people, both school
based and community based, involved in the development
and implementation of your safety program?
- Does your program include
communication, implementation, evaluation and debriefing?
