	Make an organizational chart of your school’s hierarchical structure and compare that to the structure in your town or city. From this chart identify the people or functions which you believe it would be beneficial to partner with. This will help you understand how the community policing philosophy can relate to the school as your community and help you develop strategies to make your school safer.
