Joseph Goralczyk is a 15-year veteran police officer with the Baltimore County Maryland Police Department. In 1997 he was part of a pilot program to implement the School Resource Officer Program into the Baltimore County Public School System. Goralczyk has been assigned as a SRO for 7 years and is an instructor and SRO practitioner for the National Association of School Resource Officers. He has been a presenter for the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) in promoting School Resource Officer Programs.
