Teacher Compass is a Web-based application that provides school administrators with an efficient tool for collecting teacher performance data in order to improve instructional delivery and decision-making for all students. Using Teacher Compass principals and administrators can enter teacher performance during observations and evaluations easily on handheld or desktop computers, disaggregate results rapidly, and generate easy-to-read reports.
