Administrators cannot edit the information at the top of the Observation Form. They need to make revisions to that data in the Edit mode before the Observation is marked "completed".
    1. After choosing the Observation Date, the "Make Edits to the Observation Report " Screen will appear.
    2. Scroll down to preview/proof the report.
      Type the revision inside the Edit textboxes on the right side.

    3. Click on the Update Button at the top or bottom of the screen.
