Overview - Page 1What is it? Before an Evaluation can be started, all of the observations for a particular teacher need to be marked stating that the "Teacher's Conference has been completed". Also, before a second Observation for a particular subject/class can be started, the observation needs to be "closed" and marked completed. Why is it useful? It provides a place for Administrators to mark the checkbox stating that a Conference with the Teacher has been held. This is important; because an Administrator cannot begin the Evaluation Process or start a new Observation for the same Subject with having an Observation left "opened". Where is it located on Teacher Compass?
