The MTC is an exciting statewide partnership between three of the largest public school systems in Maryland, the state department, higher education and a not-for-profit organization. The Consortium provides opportunities for on-going professional development for teachers using an inquiry-based reflective teaching model. Educators throughout Maryland integrate technology in their classrooms to improve student performance aligned with Maryland Content Standards.
