The Maryland Tech Consortium (MTC) is comprised of seven core partners, including three LEAs, two institutions of higher education, the Maryland State Department of Education, and the state public television network. Professional Development for teachers in the three school districts has been the focal point for all grant activities. The partners have discovered the value of collaboration as higher education and the public television network shared resources and experience with the local school systems to provide effective and meaningful training.
