The MTC employs a multi-component approach (as seen in the Program Logic Map) to providing high-quality professional development experiences to Maryland educators by bringing into strategic alignment a number of successful professional development practices that have been developed and implemented by Consortium partners.
The MTC Model is employed in various programs around the state with certain common elements:
