1. Compile a list of three to five informal assessments that you use successfully. From that list, explain how/why each is successful. Select one assessment and write an in depth description to share with a colleague. Rubric
2. Select from the following list of online resources and find an article about assessing students' readiness, interests or learning style. Based on your reading, apply a new strategy and reflect on its effectiveness. What information do you expect to get? How will it guide your planning? Rubric
