Identify Your Learning Style

Knowing yourself will always help you succeed. This is especially true in an online learning environment.

Know your learning style…
Though the online medium may make you a different kind of student, it will not make you a different kind of learner. Learning style is consistent no matter the educational setting. Figuring out what kind of learner you are can significantly increase your likelihood of success in an online setting. Once you identify your learning style (or styles; some people fall into more than on category) you can start forecasting what kind of resources and support you will need to reach your goals in an online environment.

The three types of learners are visual, auditory and kinesthetic. Click on the links below to learn more about each.

TIP

Share your learning styles with your team so you can figure out how to support each other and work together most effectively.
