Identify Your Learning Style
Kinesthetic (Hands-on) Learners

This learner embodies the notion of learning by doing. They are eager to "try it themselves" and are often very interested in their physical environment. Kinesthetic learners do not like to sit for long periods of time without being engaged in a specific activity. These learners may find that in traditional class settings, they take notes voraciously so that they are "doing" something.

TIP

If you are a kinesthetic learner, be sure to schedule time into your online course work plan for breaks. You will be more engaged in the course if you regularly get up and move.
