Identify Your Learning Style
Visual Learners

People who are visual learners usually need to "see" concepts to best understand them. They respond well to graphs, overheads, flip charts, and illustrations. Most try to sit in the front of the class in a face-to-face setting so that their view is not obstructed. They watch the facilitator's body language and expressions to help absorb the content of a lesson. They often take extensive notes and have highlighters so they can visually bring attention to information they see as important to a concept. Many use language like "I can picture that" or "I see what you're saying."
