Welcome
Teacher Compass is a Web-based application that provides school administrators
with an efficient tool for collecting teacher performance data in
order to improve instructional delivery and decision-making for all
students. Using Teacher Compass principals and administrators can
enter teacher performance data easily on handheld or desktop computers,
disaggregate results rapidly, and generate easy-to-read reports and
graphs related to various performance indicators.
Teacher Compass was developed by the Johns Hopkins University Center
for Technology in Education to further our mission of improving
the quality of life for all children and youth through teaching,
research, and leadership in the development and uses of technology.
