Using Teacher Compass, the observation process begins with four fast and easy steps:
1. Log in
2. Choose "Start an Observation"
3. Use the pull down menu to choose the name of the teacher to be observed
4. Use pull down menus and radio buttons to enter basic identifying information about the observation: Subject, date, time, announced/unannounced.
