Technology Tools for Teaching is a monthly newsletter written for middle school teachers of Harford County Public Schools. Its purpose is to provide information and ideas to help teachers integrate technology into the curriculum using the standard middle school software of  HCPS (Office 97, Netscape, and Inspiration).

Netscape Composer
Netscape Composer is a component of the Netscape Communicator which allows you create your own Web
pages and publish them on a Web server. Composer's WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editing environment makes creating and editing Web pages as easy as using a word processor.
