Using FETCH to Transfer Files
FETCH is the program used to perform file transfers from
your computer to another remote computer on the Macintosh
platform.
1. Connect to the Server

2. Browse the Remote Folder

3. Locate your Folder

4. Open your Folder

5. Select the "Put Folders and Files" menu option from
FETCH

7. Find and Highlight your Webquest folder
8. Click the "Add" Button
9. Click the "Done" Button

10. Select the Formats for Uploaded Files
11. Click the "OK" button

After you move your files into YOUR directory, the web page
will be available immediately at this address:
http://cte.jhu.edu/techacademy/fellows/username/webquest/yourfilename.html/

A word about security ...
At the present time, everyone has TOTAL access to all files and
folders located at http://cte.jhu.edu/techacademy/fellows/, so please
be careful when moving files. You could easily erase other accounts
or files if you are not paying attention. If it's deemed necessary,
we can create password protected NT accounts for everyone at a later
time.
