At the end of the activity, your final product will
be complete. Depending on the form of your product, you may have
used a word processor, draw and paint software, presentation/multimedia
software, or web authoring software. Your final product might be on individual
one or a team one.
Steps:
Gather your diagrams, chart, maps, and pictures.
Reread the task above and the evaluation below.
Decide the best way to communicate this information to the
board of directors.
Draw up an outline or storyboard of what your product will
look like. Remember that you are trying to convince the audience to agree
with your recommendation. You must include at least three geographic features
(physical characteristics) that support your recommendation. Select the
geographic features that will best support the recommendation. For
each geographic feature you include, you need to show why it would
be a pro or con.
If you are doing a team product, divide the outline or storyboard
into parts for each team member to complete or assign roles for each member
of the team. Possible roles include author, artist, computer helper, and
organizer.
Complete the part of the outline/storyboard or role you are
responsible for. Remember that you are trying to convince the audience
to agree with your recommendation.
Pull all of the parts together into a whole. Revise it if
needed.
Review your work using the point system below and revise
your work again if needed.
