Bob is no beginner when it comes to the internet. He often attends your after school training sessions, but rolls his eyes when you cover skills he considers "boring" or "too easy." He has developed his own web page, but it lacks the basic principles of good web design. He throws around technical jargon (so others think he really knows more than he does), but often uses it incorrectly. He loves the internet and tries to incorporate it into his curriculum, but doesn't really understand what a good internet resource is or where it can be located.
