Biff has never used any sort of technology (except his NFL Game day satellite dish and the ATM machine). He really doesn't see the need for the internet. He attends your after school training sessions only because your principal makes him. He thinks you are a geek. However, he does have some redeeming qualities. He loves children, and would do anything to help them succeed.
