Dear Ms. Dee,

It is very important to keep the food safe here at Bayside Elementary School. To

begin with, you should keep leftovers refrigerated. The low temperatures slow down the growth of bacteria. Next you should use dish clothes not sponges. The bacteria could live in holes of the sponge. Last never cough or sneeze over food. If you cough sneeze over food it'll spread germs and get kids sick. That's why you should keep your kitchen clean.
