 Well we have survived a little snow. What a nice treat having an extra day off. Well, we still have a lot of hard work ahead of us. You can continue to your child's writing skills be encouraging him/her to keep a journal.  Have your child write in a journal every night. They could write a story, a book summary or an informational paragraph. Together, you and your child can add details, correct spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.
Don't forget to try some of the web links on the class page.There are a lot of great activities to do on rainy days.
