Memories

In an awakened sleep, their recollections of the past come flooding to their minds.
Memories of joy, happiness, and comfort are present, then are replaced with the harsh reality of the holocaust.
The sweet spring smell of freshly cut grass,
Which has now been replaced with the smell of burning flesh, fresh from the towering, death centers- the crematory.
The delicious warm meals after a hard days work,
That is now a ration of stale bread and maybe some cold, watery, bug infested soup.
The relaxing bubble baths which once soothed their aching muscles,
Now, their lifeless, walking corpses smell of rotted sewage and are beaten to bloody red pulps each day.
Hearing the comforting voices of their loved ones ,
Which are now the helpless cries of thousands who have fallen victim of the "Dark Angel".
The love of God will be with you always and shall surround you to a land of no pain.
A love to mend your withered bodies with a forever tomorrow and never with and end.
