Homework Guidelines

	Algebra students will have homework every night.
	Homework will be graded according to the following Check plus (95 %) All homework problems written & fully answered with work shown Check (75%) Almost all homework problems written & fully answered with work shown Check minus (60%) Over half of all homework problems written & fully answered with work shown Zero (0%) Anything else
	Late homework will not be accepted (except in the case of an excused absence or by special arrangment with the teacher)
	Occasional projects will be given that students will be expected to work on over a period of time, including weekends

	One major project will be given each semester.  Students will be expected to work on them on their own over a period of time.
