Within this plan, you and your team will do most of the preliminary planning for your museum exhibit.
Be sure to include all of the required elements listed below.

1.  Review Assigned Roles
Teams are to be made up of a team manager, a research manager, a production manager,
and an archive manager.  Specifics are found within the task information.  Review all
responsibilites.  ASK QUESTIONS NOW!  Section one of your action plan is to list all
        role assignments for your team.

2.  Decide Timeline/Review Deadlines
The class calendar lists all deadlines that correspond with this project.  You are required to
develop a set schedule for your design of the exhibit. You will be expected to follow what
you establish, so be sure to consider all elements and the talents of your full team.

3.  Questions, Questions, and more Questions
Your exhibit must follow at least four guiding questions which anchor its content.  Include
the questions within your action plan.  Click on the icon below  to email them directly to
Ms. Kajder as soon as they are complete for feedback.  This is to be completed prior to
        submitting your finished action plan!

4.  Decide all Responsibilities
Delegate responsibilites in terms of searching and design.  Each team member is expected to
work will the full team to develop as effective a product as possible.  Again, list assignments
        within the action plan.

5.  Determine all Materials Needed.
List all resources that will be needed for your group to successfully complete this
assignment.  The director can assist in providing some elements you might want for the final
presentation, so be sure to communicate needs clearly and quickly!

Back to process.
