Insert
a Bookmark... Where do you want to end up?

Click on or in front of the word
that you want the Link to go to. |

On the main menu bar, Click on
Insert and then click on "Bookmark." |

Name your bookmark. Click on Add. |

(the word "link" above is linked
to the word "bookmark" above.) |

Go to the word or phrase
where you want the link. |

Highlight the word or phrase. |
| 3. |
On the main menu bar click on Insert.
Click on Hyperlink. |

Under "Name location" in file,
click on the browse button. |

In the bookmark window, select
the bookmark that you
want to link to. Click
OK. Click OK. |

Inserting a Hyperlink
to a Web Page

Go to the word or phrase where
you want the link. |
| 2. |
Highlight the word or phrase. |
| 3. |
On the main menu bar click on Insert.
Click on Hyperlink |

Go to Web Page that you want to
link to. |
| 5. |
Click and highlight the address
of the web page. |
| 6. |
Copy the address. (Edit..
Copy) |
| 7. |
Click the button on the task bar
and reopen your word document. |
| 8. |
Click in the box under "Link to
file or URL" |
| 9. |
In order to paste the URL, you
need to hold down the Cntl key and hit the letter "V" at the
same time. |
