you and your classmates?

Has everyone in our country always had the right to vote?
Is voting a right or a responsibility?

Let's learn about elections in the United States
and then see if you possess the skills
to become a leader in our classroom...
 
 
 
 
 

Task

                       Your mission is to discover history of the election process and
                    its benefits.  You will gather information about how to run a
                   successful campaign.  You will write and deliver a multimedia
                   presentation to your classmates convincing them to vote for you
                   in our election.  Before we begin, print out and then complete this
                  anticipation guide.

                        Okay, now you are ready to begin.  During this webquest you
                    will :

                                    * read to be informed about the history of voting
                                    * read to be informed about voting
                                    * choose the office for which you would like to run in
                                        our election
                                    * prepare a PowerPoint presentation and a speech to
                                        present to your class convincing them to vote for you
                                    * get tips on how to run a successful campaign and get
                                        the most votes!
 
 

Your teacher may choose for you to complete one or both of these sections.

on the section United States..
