Working hands-on with educators to implement proven tools and technologies for creating more inclusive classrooms.

A new educational paradigm is emerging in America, emphasizing inclusiveness, collaboration, and differentiation of instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. That paradigm is the foundation of CTE’s approach to transforming instruction.

CTE’s instructional models, strategies, and tools support a student centered, differentiated, and technology-rich approach that promotes success for all students, including those with special needs. Our models emphasize peer-assisted learning, utilize proven strategies, and apply innovative instructional and assessment technologies.

We employ competency-based professional development to give educators the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to implement our systems effectively. And we show them how to transform their classrooms and schools into communities of learners that collaborate, share resources, and strive for maximum achievement for all students.

Our approach consistently produces results and our tools provide educators with the data they need to make sound instructional decisions. By implementing strategies that transform instruction, we
transform learning for students and their teachers.
